 QNADA Membership 

QNADA membership is open to non government, not for profit organisations and services, whose primary purpose is to reduce the alcohol and drug related harm to individuals, families and the community.

Membership is also open to non government, not for profit organisations and services who may have a different primary mission but are nonetheless involved in some way in the reduction of alcohol and drug related harm to individuals, families and the community.

As a QNADA member, you support us to represent the non-government alcohol and drug sector in Queensland.

Specific activities undetaken by QNADA include:

  • Advocacy and representation with State and Commonwealth agencies in relation to funding, service delivery and policy.
  • Sector representation through membership of a wide range of social policy and workforce development forums.
  • Provision of current and relevant information on sector issues via the QNADA website, email and post.
  • Participation in development of funding benchmarks.
  • Leadership and support for sector and individual agency quality improvement and accreditation.

Documentation requirements:

  • Completed QNADA membership application form.
  • Copy of your organisation’s constitution.
  • Any other documentation that may support the application (optional).
  • Full payment of membership fee.The fee for membership is based on your organisation's annual income (including funding).
  • Leadership and support for sector and individual agency quality improvement and accreditation.
Once QNADA has received your application, it will be reviewed at the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting. A QNADA staff member will then contact you to discuss membership and provide you with further information about QNADA and our services.
